2. What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, phone number, and the building and unit you are linked to.
- Payment information — handled by our payment partner, Paystack. We receive confirmation of payments and limited transaction details; we do not store your full card number.
- Network & usage data — connection sessions, data volume, device identifiers (such as MAC address), IP addresses and captive-portal sign-in records, used to operate, secure and bill the Service.
- Support communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or the portal, and our responses.
- Website data — basic analytics and cookies needed to run this site and keep you signed in.
3. Why we use it & our lawful basis
We process your information to:
- provide, maintain and secure your connectivity (performance of our agreement with you);
- bill you and manage your subscription (performance of the agreement);
- provide support and respond to you (legitimate interest / the agreement);
- comply with legal obligations, including the Regulation of Interception of Communications Act (RICA) and lawful requests from authorities (legal obligation);
- improve and protect our Service and prevent abuse or fraud (legitimate interest).
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you hold an account and thereafter only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, billing and communications records we must retain for tax or RICA purposes). When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
6. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls and hashed passwords — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we will notify you and the Information Regulator of a material breach as required by POPIA.
7. Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and request access to it;
- ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, irrelevant or no longer needed;
- object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it (this may affect our ability to provide the Service);
- complain to us and to the Information Regulator.

10. Children
Our Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect the personal information of children without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe we have, contact us and we will address it.
